We began working with 12welveEyes Brewing before they identified their current home in St. Paul. Once a site was identified, they began renovations. They quickly came to the realization that additional funding was necessary. Not only to complete renovations, but to purchase the customized equipment necessary to open the doors of their start-up brewery.

We worked closely with the city to secure a direct loan of nearly $40,000 to successfully close the financial gap needed to complete their project. 12welveEyes opened in the Pioneer Endicott building in downtown St. Paul the Summer of 2017.

"Starting my first business in downtown Saint Paul was daunting enough, but picking a business with capital requirements as high as a brewery in a historic building made it even more of a challenge. I wouldn’t be here without the loan Annie helped me secure, she was a great resource in general and brought amazing energy to the table that made me feel confident in the success of my project."
